Wellness and Exercise Classes plus Support Groups
I am available to instruct individuals in the following areas:
1. Health Education
Choose from a list of 28 classes, most of which can be covered in one hour.
2. Conditioning
- Stretching and flexibility exercise
- Core strength (abdominals and low back)
- Lower body firming
- Upper body toning
- Cardiovascular fitness
I can instruct multiple classes in each of these areas with unlimited variations.
3. Focus on Lifestyle for Weight Management
Through a combination of educational exposures, enjoyable physical activities, and on-going support, the development of healthful habits is facilitated. Over time, a lifestyle of healthy choices promotes normalization of body size as a natural outcome.

B. Support Group Meetings
A weekly meeting for support, encouragement, and accountability is important for enabling lifestyle changes. Participants will learn:
- How to set and achieve goals.
- What their weak areas area and how to overcome obstacles.
- Ways of re-directing unhealthy habits into appropriate behaviors.
- How to keep and utilize a food/activity log.
- Healthy substitutions for high-calorie food and beverages.
- Enjoyable ways to be active every day.
Payment
$10 for each individual per class/meeting.
